This was money seized during a drug bust. Hmm, now I wonder if this was ALL the money that was seized??? I mean, I'm sure that none of that wounded up in anybodies pockets, right?

Each of these bars are 28ib's (worth about $28,000 USD each). There are about 15,000 bars in this picture alone worth over $400 million. Total estimates are well over 70 billion dollars in the vaults.

Reminds me of a story my boy told me about, when he was in Iraq. His unit got called in to guard a secret delivery, and he said 5 Chanook Helicopters rolled in with 14 billion in cash, all piled on pallets. He said they unloaded it off the choppers, and it was hauled off, to never be seen again.
