I tried it a few months back but felt no effect. Apparently it helps if you smoke a joint and then listen to the tracks, but that kind of defeats the point of getting the program anyway

I have this and it doesn't do what they say it does, or maybe just not for everybody. But if you know self hypnosis, you should try using this to help deepen your trance. It definitely alters your consciousness and helps you sleep.
