Hello, title says pretty much everything. Is there a way you can monetize 3rd party content? What would be good points to bring up?
I am curious I dont want my account to get banned, anyone knows how harsh they are with this? :)

No you can't monetize third party content, especially if it has Content ID matches

I see people uploading original songs only thing I can think of is that they somehow got it through with argument of fair use ._.

You can upload the songs but you can't monetize them, unless you have the necessary rights/permissions
