OK, I am in hot water here. My wife dragged me to hear a speaker talk about women's issues. The speaker was speaking about Intra-uterine devices, a form of birth control, but she kept saying IED instead of IUD.

Now I am sitting there thinking that an improvised explosive device (IED) is rather extreme method for a birth control method, and I got the chuckles.

I mean it would be effective, and you only need to buy one, but it would be messy, ect, I have a macabre sense of humor I guess.

As usually happens squelching the chuckles is impossible, and I was loosing ground so fast that I had to get up and leave.

I do not think the speaker ever snapped to what she was saying, but I couldn't quit laughing.

Now I am in hot water because of an IUD.

well there are varieties of IUD.Copper T is one of them. If your partner have Copper T in her, I am pretty sure that she should inform doctor before undergoing an MRI scan.

P.S I am not a gynecologist lol... am a biomedical engineer.

Ouch, this gives a whole new meaning to the term "Hurt Locker".
