Order was for 5 comments, total price $60

To date the seller has provided me with 1 comment with no link (valued at $10). As seller confirmed below.

There was no deal about the 1 week replacement. This was not mentioned anywhere and therefore cannot be part of this deal. As seller confirmed below.

Why was the "1 week" mentioned for the first time after 3 months, when I asked for a refund?

From where did this hidden condition come from and why only after 3 months?

We know why. Because I would have never placed the order and paid the seller under such terrible terms.

The seller only tried to sneak it in after I asked for the refund.

Our deal was that I would receive 5 live comments. To date I only received 1 and therefore I am firm on the $50 refund.

I believe my request is clear, reasonable and honest.

Admins if there is anything else required I am here.

Here is my closing statement
I have completed the order and informed The client about the order completion and after seeing the message the client made some update in the sheet, which means the comments were live and the client has checked that.

The client was aware about the comments being live but he kept telling that he didn't see any live comments.

I will do what admin will.
Please let me know your decision.

This has to be a joke. Hidden on the 2nd page which NO ONE will EVER read. This doesn't count as valid. Very dishonest to even bring it up.

Why is it not on the sales page or why was it never disclosed in DMs?

Leave the week replacement brother, we haven't talked about that right.

But the refund policy was clear and it's written in the sales thread. Once the order is completed no refund is applicable

This dispute is now on hold while we discuss with the team the evidence provided. We will provide the resolution as soon as possible.

Our ruling on this is that @RedditHelper needs to issue @Evelines a full refund.

The accused started quoting a policy that just does not seem to exist within their terms and conditions and while the accuser would have been best advised to have taken a refund first time round, we can understand them wanting to see the work done.

This thread will remain closed and a refund DM will now be opened between the two parties.

This thread is locked as a full refund has been issued, as requested by BHW staff. The accused can now trade as usual.
