I'm trying to do some evaluation for built from scratch blogs.
Let's pick a niche, for example, tech ( for argument's sake ). Say you will first write high-quality articles, well researched, h2 headings, etc. Consider around 10 articles. Domain will be brand new, no history or age.
Then you do some SEO. Nothing fancy, just building your basic link profile ( white hat ).
Let's say in a few months ( or a year ) you get it to average standards ( Da 20-25, TF 10, etc ). Anything decent that helps get good organic traffic.
Now let's imagine this blog, after a few months ( or a year ) will get to the point where it has a minimum of 1,000 UV/month from google searches.
How much would this be able to fetch in case it has no revenue?
How about If it starts making 20-40$ a month from some sponsored / guest posts, or ezoic?
Will it be able to fetch north of $200?
Is the organic traffic having any effect on the price? Is there any way that it will add value?
Or do people usually charge for the SEO work they invested + the article writing?
I've given the example of a full website because it would not be smart ( IMHO ) to just get average metrics on a parked domain. Correct me if I'm wrong.
