Yeah that makes up your cyber incident report that you use wordfence to secure against hacking, but you need to ensure that you specify where the data is kept, and with who it is stored on. So you have to name your website host in your privacy policy too. Your cyber report is private for your business, but your privacy policy is public on your site. Read some example privacy on big blogs, and you'll get a feel for what they say.
