EUCD or Anti-Circumvention (Google URL Removal)

Anyone know if google sends EUCD or Anti-Circumvention emails for URL removals? I've had a URL removed from search results but google have told me it hasn't been removed for a copyright claim but I cannot find any other emails regarding removal?
