estimated time to get indexed by google?
3 days - 3 weeks
Go into more detail so we can help..
What is it you are indexing? A brand new website? Backlinks that are blogs? profiles? book marks? All will vary.
If you are talking about a new website usually within 24hours, google webmaster/analytics is your friend.
couple of days ...
Submit sitemap to google and it could be 1 day.
as quick as a couple of hours
And if you mean your backlinks, it could be anywhere between a few days to a couple of months before they are found by Google, unless you use a pinging service.
Hmm tell me more about this pinging service please!
There are many such services. Linklicious.me is one I use (you can try out their free package).
You have to submit the backlinks to the pinger and Google will crawl the backlinks? No wonder why people like reports lol.
Yes that's correct, it 'invites' Google to crawl the links. Reports aren't needed if the backlink provider pings the links himself. And even if he doesn't ping, Google can find backlinks naturally over time anyway. But reports are useful to check if the provider actually did the work.
Digg, 3 hours max for me!
I put up four directory sites and even after three months they weren't indexed. I got this at BHW and it works:
http://wideinfo.org/ping/index.php# Select "check all"
It depends on the site. How many pages do you want to index, are they unique, etc, etc. Usually in 3-4 days, when it comes to no more than 20-30 pages.
Love to hear this one from you !
I registered a domain on 26 May and on 28 the site was already indexed.
Just a few hours
Youtube, need to make a video first but it indexes rapidly.Bookmark the site on the main high pr bookmark sites, digg as mentioned already loads of ways to index fast.
