Are there any recommended escrow services out there for which a transaction between Black Hats can be reliably used?

I'm looking to make sure I cover my ass if I ever do business with anyone on here. It's a shame that a few have ruined it for the bunch, but you know what they say ... one bad apple ...

In any case, I was curious as to whether or not there was anything recommended. Thanks.

You can use escrow.com they have a good service and a very good support but they have high fees (i have sold a website and they get 45$ from the sale)
and you can use those freelancing site scriptlance.com .... they have a good escrow system .
If you are looking for web designer you can PM me the job( im freelancer)

getafreelancer, elance, and many other are there to have an escrow..

I think they have more safer to buyers.
just curious what type of work you need to outsource???

I use scriptlance a lot, they have an escrow... you could post a project, after working it out here... JUST FOR the person you want to hire, then place the money into the Scriptlance escrow... they take a cut, not a lot, that's part of the deal.
