So I was reading the eBay terms and noticed that it says basically that they can "chargeback" or demand that you return funds that have already been paid to you so this got me worried as I'm pulling in a very decent chunk of money daily from them and wouldn't like any problems.

ePN may apply a debit to your account in an amount equal to a payment previously made to you or a compensation that has been credited to your account, but has not been paid out yet, if ePN determines, in its sole discretion, that there has been (i) duplicate entry or other clear error; (ii) non-bona fide transactions or other fraudulent activity; (iii) breach of, or other failure to complete or reversal of the Qualifying Transaction; or (iv) failure to comply with this Agreement, the applicable Program Terms or the Code of Conduct. ePN may apply a chargeback to your account at any time, including previous payment cycles.

What they're saying is that they can remove some of your commissions if a buyer files a charge back (requests a refund), or if they catch you stuffing. They don't mean sending you a bill or going into your bank/paypal.

or if they catch you stuffing

Exactly!

I was thinking they might try to collect that money if they realize that it was ill-gotten AFTER having paid me.

It's a decent chunk of money.

They have done this for reversals to people who get paid paypal.com. I have never heard of them doing it to DD people, but that is one risk about getting paid via paypal by them.

Yeah, I don't think this has anything to do with cookie stuffing. It's more for chargebacks from ebay products.
