On all my payments this is listed.

Please note: This is not a tax invoice. This is a statement of your payment details. eBay Partner Network will not provide a self-billed invoice. You should meet the tax invoicing requirements in your country or state. eBay Partner Network is a US company. Earnings paid by eBay Partner Network are inclusive of any applicable taxes. If taxes are applicable in your country or state, you are responsible for paying these taxes. eBay Partner Network will not authorize any additional tax payments. If in doubt, you should verify the tax requirements with your local tax office or tax advisor.
Please note: The Payment Date may take up to 48 hours to properly reflect in your bank account.

That reads to me that taxes are included? But I know that must be wrong.

I'm calling H&R Block later on or a Tax person to tell me how thats worded, does anyone know why thats worded like that.

No, that's not what it means. What they are telling you is that you are responsible for paying taxes on the money you earn from EPN.

So, when some of these companies get us to fill in that tax form, do they send that info to the IRS?
