EPN Questions and Tips to get approved?

Hey everyone,
I just had a few questions.

1) If I get a US approved EPN account, does that mean I can only sell in the US, and I won't get commission for ebay.ca, or whatever other ebay's there are?

2) I'm from Canada, and it seems easier to get those accounts approved.. if I get a CA approved account, can I not make money from ebay.com? only ebay.ca?

3) What tips do you have recommend for getting accounts approved? I have submitted several in the past few days. I got my first response, and it was denied. Hopefully that was the only one, but I would not be surprised if its not. Any tips? Recommendations for what to put in the "Business Model" section, or what options to select? How to explain your business?

I've check my other accounts, and the 3 I have got a response too have been declined. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I filled out everything to look as legit as possible, including 3 different ways of promoting EPN (ie. one website, and 2 other ideas I had).

I used cloakfish to hide my IP, selected an IP from a specific city, then applied using that city info.

What am I doing wrong?

I did that as well.

And yes, good question pizza9012.

I wouldn't use cloakfish. in fact, that's probably how they got you. eBay have a blacklist of proxy IPs. I found this out by experience.

Use dial up connections for new IPs, or buy a VPN.
Also, make sure you clear flash cookies.

I'd have to 2nd this possibility. I like cloakfish tho its a bit slow but every EPN I've applied for with it has been denied. The ones I've gotten approved were not used with cloakfish. Even tho its not readily detected as a proxy, I have a feeling someone before me already used it to register an EPN accnt.
