EPN expiring dormant accounts

Seems that dormant accounts are being used for fraudulent things and sold on the "black" market.

So EPN sellers don't hold onto them for very long without using them.

Considering they just posted that today Feb 6th, 2009 and I don't see another thread on it, not sure how it was posted before.
