The fess for listing and selling cars on ebay are $50 each, plus any upgrades you do. It is not the percentage you were hoping for.

You can make money if you generate good traffic, but it won't be the high commissions you were thinking.

Does EPN take money from the sellers fees to open a listing, or the fees once the transactions has started

You can generate a lot higher commissions on niches other then cars, as stated above the listing fee for cars is only $50 dollars. But you should realise other items can have much higher listing fees because they aren't a fixed amount. So yes you should stick to niches unless you have special traffic that converts well for car sales.
