EPN affiliate question

I want to join affiliate to EPN. Do I need to build website first, before I signup at epn? Do EPN accept affiliate now?

Of course you need first a website because egay will look at it and then may approve you, but you also need a lot of time......

EPN for the US is near impossible to join and get accepted as of now. I'm not sure if the Philippines have an eBay program but it should be quite easy to join if they do.

Do a quick search on their accepted promotion methods and if they allow search, then you do not need a website, you can list Gooogle or whatever SE you like.
