EPN Accounts - Q for buyers and sellers

I need to buy a couple of EPN accounts and have been keeping an eye on various threads on this forum and others from people looking to buy and sell accounts.

To avoid any costly mistakes can anyone provide some tips as to what to look out for when buying EPN accounts.

A few questions....

If I am based in UK, will I have problems if I buy an account with a US Address ?

If an account was created 6+ months ago and never used will it raise flags if it suddenly becomes active ?

Does it matter what URL was provided on original application ?

I think mostly look so that acct wasn't stuffed before and all criteria are open if ur from uk than i would probably get a 'us' proxy. I'm not sure about the legality on the whole tax deal unless u can submit fake info and then turn over the money on to clean side..

about url: i have spoken to epn my self asking them about me using one more site with them they told me just get the code and make a campaign to be able to tell em a part and start promoting..sofa 3 month no problem.
