Epassporte Temporary fund protection ?

    Hi,
    When i log into my epassporte fund i get this message

    I am sure there have been not fraudulent payments into my account because only the 2 accounts i receive money from are business accounts. One is goldexpay and other is evapharmacy. Both are legit . My virtual card and atm card is blocked as well . I had 400$+ in there . I am waiting for a reply from the support staff .

    Anyone experience such a problem before ?

    Happened to me too you have to call them then they will give you ticket # & then they will ask you to upload or email them proof of identity & proof of name and address. It's not due to farudulent activity its just there system that flags accoutn randomly.My 5 accounts got flagged during diff timing no biggie though. Hope that helps

    Yeah, it happened to me a couple of times. i think it has to do with accessing the account from different IPs.
