epass to paypal????

does anyone know where i can do an epass to paypal or does anyone have the capability? i need to transfer 100 bucks but cant find a reasonably priced service that seems legit.
if anyone selling is selling VCC that i can link to a paypal account can take epassporte then hit me up i need this done asap
