I'm getting the error "
Invalid activation code supplied." once I click on the activation email in my email. Please advise.

I initially showed interest in their proxy platform a couple of days ago. I received a quick response with the 50% coupon code. I then went through their sign up process and was getting several "invalid activation code errors". It took about 30 hours to get a response from their "live chat" haha, they quickly fixed the problem and my account was created. The live chat agent "Ryan" is not qualified to handle support for this product at all. He was unable to answer basic questions, bad English and redirected all questions back to his platform and moving on without giving me any direct answers.
The platform looks great, has great branding and really good colors lol. Unfortunately, this is the best feedback I can give. Honestly though, Normally I understand these are custom coded solutions which generally has a lot of bugs and things to work out and that does not bother me. I would like to judge the service based on the service, not their website or support. The BIGGEST disappointment for me is that they do not offer skype support, this is a HUGE disadvantage for this type of service.
I do not recommend.

Hi HomeIP, I can't use your proxy with Proxifier or LinkenSphere but can use it on my tool, please check it on proxifier why it doesn't work.

I don't usually review but I've to say the service is going really really great. I'm using it for several weeks and never had a single problem for my task. Really reliable. Before I was using a competitor of them, really popular here on BHW, and it was making me crazy having to deal with down ports all the time.
