    Hello,

My mother tongue is not English so I'm wondering if it's better for me to create account in my language or in English?

I thinks it's also depending on the market but you will not target the same if it's in English or not.
Maybe I can build both and see want append.

Is anyone ever try to transfer follower of an English account to and other language account?

    Thanks all

It all depends on where you want to take your account. I'm hitting big time doing caption in both English and my mother tongue. Doing in my mother tongue gets loads of comments in my mother tongue, which are good when I establish contracts with local businesses.

Your native language will have fewer monetization options especially if your language is spoken only in a small country and/or a country with a low standard of living and purchasing power. On the other hand, your native language might have smaller competition and if the niche you're eying is not saturated and you have a good monetization idea/option, you might actually make some money from it depending on your ability to grow your account as well.

If you are from a huge language country (or spoken by many in the world), you actually have a lot more monetization options. I've had many accounts contacting me, asking if I could advertise their products, services or do shout outs in my native language, because they want to get in on the that specific market. I don't even need to focus on English content anymore, my native language gets a huge response and both my followers and customers love it.

My native language is French so not to big and not to small. ☺
If I resume it's something like that :
English = more followers but more competition
Native = less followers but higher monetization possibility
