    Hey!

My English is starting to get better, but i need some help. Would be very helpful if someone could just check those & see that they are correct, if not, tell me what's wrong! I would be forever thankful!

#3 should be "grandma's." It shows she owns the house. "Grandmas'" is implying the house belongs to both grandmothers.

    #9 is "James's."

    #12 is "rhythm."

I actually don't see anything else but it's 12:30AM here and I'm starting to crash so I may have missed some things.

But those mistakes are super common OP; even I make them sometimes.

    Good job.

James' can be o.k. Both with and without the apostrophe, (i.e James's ) is used.

The other one is "6 Week's vacation". It should just be "They have got 6 weeks vacation". No apostrophe.

Apostrophes are used to indicate ownership or to indicate a missing letter - usually in a contraction.
