Hi. I want to know if i copy a english post from any website ans translate it without spinning, if Google will know it is duplicated content or plagyarism? Because are so many good content in english language and i'm very quick to translate it to pt br with Googgle Translate + Notepad ++ and some touches here and there.

Google does not currently have a system for detecting translated plagiarism due to the differences in grammar, spelling, and word usage between languages. Google detects plagiarism by looking for articles with sentences that have been duplicated verbatim, but translated plagiarism is very difficult to detect using the automated plagiarism checker that Google uses for the reasons I've already specified.

Unless it is translated using Google Translate and only very slighly modified. Its pretty simple to track it down if the article was translated by Google Translator. I dont know if they are doing it at the moment, but its fairly easy for them to do.

Oh yes, if they do it manually then that could pose a problem for the OP, but OP did mention that the articles will be "touched up".

If you first spun the article first then they won't know you using duplicate content.

Translated articles don't always need to be spun to avoid detection, especially if the articles are not reviewed manually.

No, yet Google has not launched any updates on this factor, so you can go for translated content but you can check it might be this translated content has already been used by someone in that case Google can penalize your content and website.

Thank you guys. I will do a little search first about the verbatim translated article in brazilian portuguese, if it does not exists in a brazilian translated version yet, i will go full force, just adding my keywords and using synonyms.
