Yep, we have a whole list of sports we invented but are not the best at.

I notice he selected more players from LFC than any other team, which makes me happy.

Its not the UK squad - UK is England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, each has their own team.

It is just England going to the world cup.

Having said that even if they combined their teams they are not going to win it!

I think Hogdson has done a brilliant job picking the right squad but only time will tell if they can even make the quarter finals.....miracles do happen....its a squad with pace and experience...

Glad to see Adam Lallana and Ricky Lambert in the squad.
i think Andy Caroll Deserves to be in the squad over Danny Welbeck in accordance with their performance this season.
but overall its gd team and hopefully they won't make it to the quarters

Disagree Welbeck atleast played better than last season also apart from being a striker he gives you so many options like tracking back something which Carroll lacks also Welbeck has good dribbling skills and also his work-rate is fantabulous, pressing the midfield and holding the ball, he is the reason last season United were so so close to knocking out Madrid out of the champions league......and carroll all he can do is head the ball but i dont see anyway Carroll being given a nod ahead of welbeck..........no way!

yea in place of Chris Smalling atleast...

On paper it looks like a strong squad - only 2 I don't think should be there are Smalling and Jones at the back.
Think old Andy Carroll should be on the sheet as well, not just a reserve - he isn't the most skillful but his size freaks defenders out....think of an epileptic octopus, may get a lucky hit

Glad to see Terry and Ferdinand out - useless.

I reckon we'll at least make it to the quarters, could be wrong though.

With Liverpool signing Lambert that now means over a quarter of the World Cup squad are Liverpool players.

Not too shabby.
