Italy have the best defence but England has player’s like Sterling and Sancho who can run around them and win penalties. I feel the moto for England was to win at all cost and yes that wasn’t a penalty even Kane admitted that
You actually can if you understand well enough predictions for example in the past I won a football bets of £1000 since I could understand how likely things would happen for example if you have a really good manager in charge that increases victory by so much of percentage depending on his skill levels.
IF the manager is terrible then the chance of success drops again.
If you have really good players then increases success again but if you have terrible players then success goes down as well.
