    While I definitely appreciate all feedback from our clients - I'd like to address both of your comments publicly as I deeply treasure our extensive reputation and business - and there are definitely some major misunderstandings that need to be cleared up.

    Your order was delivered last night via our client panel, and I can see that the email was inboxed, however you've not opened it yet. All of our deliveries happen through the client panel to avoid any potential confusion (just like this particular instance). In that same client panel, your order has a "Due Date" label that you can check to see when it will be done and delivered. We always update this label if any changes or push-backs do occur. So, please check your inbox (or log into the client panel) - you'll find your article there.

    Now, regarding your order being overdue - please keep in mind that our TAT is 4-7 business days. This is mentioned very explicitly in our BST copy. "Business days" also implies that we don't work on weekends. And while our average TAT is 5 business days (at the moment, and this is entirely dependent on our workload), some orders do occasionally get pushed back towards the latter end of that range. In your particular case, the order was put in overnight on the 10th, and we got to work on it on the 11th of February. It was delivered in the later hours of the day before last night.

    This puts your order's TAT at 7 business days, which is entirely within our TAT range
    , not 5 days over the due-date as you've mentioned in your comment...

    I'd like to apologize if you felt that this order was unreasonably delayed. Unfortunately, I was out of office personally last night and for part of today due to an emergency on my end, so I wasn't able to personally respond to all of the emails you had sent my way (all of which were sent on the same day as your comment about being ignored).

    We've never before been accused of "scamming" or "ripping anyone off". And if you read through our reviews, you can see that we are a high-quality content creation agency in all regards. However, while I understand that you may be frustrated, I take these sorts of accusations very seriously as they are incredibly damaging to our business!

    That being said, I'd like to address your concerns in full.

    Just as I mentioned above, our average TAT is 4-7 business days (which implies that we don't work weekends). And while the average TAT tends to be around 5 business days, some orders do get pushed back towards the latter part of that range. We will never rush through an order and sacrifice the quality we're known for all for the sake of just getting it out the door! The "Due Date" for your order was actually marked as the 20th of February, you can view the due-date and other order details 24/7 in our client panel under your orders tab. This due date is always updated to keep you in the loop as to what's going on with your order.

    In your case - we began working on the order on the 13th of February (as you put in the order towards at the end of the day on the 12th - keep in mind that we are in Pacific Time by the way). So our delivery in the later hours of last night (the 20th) puts the order at 6 business days in total, which is entirely within our TAT range, and not "exceeding the deadline" as you've stated in your comment.

    In addition to this - please bear in mind that we explicitly mention our TAT window (4-7 business days) throughout our BST copy on this thread as well as on the order screen when you put the order in, so there is ample opportunity to avoid the sort of misunderstanding we've got on hand.

    If you have some personal deadlines for the order and it needs to be done by a certain date - you could have reached out to me and let me know when you submitted the order. Many of our clients can attest to the fact that I'm always happy and willing to squeeze things in to make sure your personal due-dates are not impacted by our workflow.

    However, if you don't let us know about your personal due dates, don't pay any regard to our TAT window and don't log in to the client panel to check on your order - it's very difficult for us to accommodate as we're essentially operating "in the blind" per se.

    That's not to say that we've never missed a due-date. As with any business, mistakes do happen once in a while (albeit rarely). However, we're always upfront and communicative in the event that any delays occur, and we go out of our way to make things right in each and every instance.

    I do not have a problem with you delivering the order 2-3 days beyond the due date considering you keep me in the loop for the delay. My only concern was that I had first PM'd you 14th Feb and you mentioned it is scheduled for delivery the next day. I waited till 19th, considering that 15th Feb was a weekend and sent you a PM on 19th again and raised a reply on your thread but did not get a reply till right now.

    Communication is an important part of any client facing service you offer and your silence once helps to create confusion and distrust.
