Enabeling push notifications not working

I got them working on my laptop but on PC when clicking enable push notifications then it opens new small popup from browser(Brave) to accept them or not.
After that nothing happens, no notifications and after a day or so, BHW asks to enable them again. Tried cleaning cache, sessions, cookies - no help
