[EMPLOYMENT] SEO GURUS Wanted, $100k/year salary

I am looking to hire a few (with the idea of keeping only the best-though there is an exception if multiple talented individuals emerge) SEO experts. I know the title seams gimmicky, im sorry I had to attract your attention somehow. This isn?t a get rich scheme or anything like that, I don?t want to sell you anything, as a matter of fact, the opposite, I would like to hire you.

If you have a track record of being on top of organic search results, black, white, gray, whatever so long as its not illegal, I want to see if you are a good fit, and if we can work together, id like hire you.

I can post this job on job sites, but I figured why waste my time there, when I can go to the source for a lot of talented SEOs.

I am not looking to buy a limited service, nor am I looking for someone who MIGHT be able to succeed. If you don?t have a successful overall track record, im not looking for you.

You will not be working in an unreasonably competitive field where success is unrealistic.

Please pm me your contact information, a quick intro, and we can see if we have a good fit.

BTW the $100,000 / year salary is NOT a gimmick IF you are a fit, that?s what you?ll be making?NOT based on commissions or w.e. else that would make it unrealistic? though im sure you understand that you must be able to get results.

IDK if the job is legit or not, but BHW really has some great people at SEO, I actually think this is a better way of advertising. Just think about the thousands answers " I am SEO GURU, I kan do da job, hire me pliz! Skype: SEOGuruRankAnyWebsite"

He is right about hiring people at "the source" because on regular job websites, he's bound to get flooded with messages (especially because of the high salary) from college students who think they know everything about the Internet and desperate job seekers with no skills who will submit an application anyway on the off-chance that BorisD will hire them.

Even if this job is legitimate, I wouldn't qualify for it since my best website only ranks on the first page for a few low competition keywords, although the website is only 3 months old so I shouldn't expect much out of it yet (I'm more of a PPC person, which is why I took the time to get the Google Adwords and Bing Ads certifications).

I started a online store with $70 and turned into $130,000 a year sales in business and sold it. Learned SEO all my myself and the website is completely organic searches. Buyer still don't pay advertisement and haven't increased SEO in a year. Organic searches are still holding and keeping around same sales level.

    What you think?

Its hard to find the expertise i am looking for on typical classified website. If you can inform me of one that is geared towards this skill set, ill be happy to look into it.

That being said, this and a few other websites, seam to be a good gathering place for people in the creative SEO field.

I have contacted to mods to look into an email blast, but that seams to be booked up month+ in advance.

I understand the concern regarding the legitimacy of this offer, as the number is high, and the medium is susceptible to spam. that being said, I assure everyone that this is a legitimate position.
The comment regarding the massive amounts of spammy sub tier applicant is also fair enough, and its on me to go through them to find the legitimate talented SEO folks

BorisD, you should've posted this in the "Hire A Freelancer" section. I know you're not hiring freelancers, but there was another member who was looking to hire people offline who posted there and he got many more responses than he would have if he posted it in this section.

By the way, when responding to multiple people, keep it all in one post at a time, don't create multiple consecutive posts. This can be seen as spamming the forum if you make a habit out of it.

Careful there, that might be considered a form of brand jacking.

Also, the domain has already been taken.:D

I think any SEO worth his salt (what you're looking for) probably wouldn't be interested in this gig unless it was part-time?

Anyway I agree with the others that you're at the right place, and are much better off here than say your typical job site.

Good luck in your search sir. :)

The best optimisers on this forum know that they can just rank another website if they want more money. They probably wouldn't be interested in this job at all as most of them got into Internet marketing to avoid working for someone else.

Here's another option for BorisD: he can find decent optimisers who show potential and train them to improve their SEO skills.

A "SEO GURU" makes more over the salary you're offering if he is as good as he claims. But there will always be a decent guy working for this kind of money.

Anyways, is there any budget involved beside the salary?

Thanks for the heads up, will keep in mind for future references.
My apologies, will do so from now on.

    Thanks,
All i care about is results, someone in this position should be able to have a team of outsourced people do most of the work, but he/she is responsible for the teams performance and outcomes of that team

There's no need to apologise to me, I'm just giving you a heads up. It would just be a shame for a moderator to give you an infraction or ban you because they thought that you were "spamming". :)

i bet its 100k salary to rank for keywords worth 10x that monthly. any decent seo worth that salary is going to be doing seo on his own site.

I know seo gurus doing $50k+ per month. Theres no need to get a $100k per year job.In my opinion. :)
