I'm new to this forum but an IT veteran of many years. I personally use a free software called Qustodio at my office. Light weight and easy to use, it is a complete solution with automatic blocking and real time reporting of time and sites visited. Also, you will be able to view this data for 30 days. Not sure how it will perform on a server level but from my experience, easiest solution at the top of my head is to create an image of the OS with Qustodio installed on it for distribution across each of the PC's. Should be pretty straight forward. Just Google for it.

Yeah, Time Doctor is a good tool for this. It works on Windows, Mac and Linux environment. Its major feature that is not available in other software is the priority feature and the ability to know how much of the day a person (onshore/outsource employees) is focusing on their priorities.

What I suggest is to have on premise remote support appliance installed such as RHUB appliances. It provides employee monitoring feature in which you can remotely monitor the PC from anywhere while the computer users cannot see and delete the remote session.

If employees know their activity is being logged, they will secretly do their personal browsing on the phone. Just saying.

There are some laws in place with regards to such software. Make sure you talk to a lawyer before installing, as otherwise the next thing you might see is a collective lawsuit.
