I own an Exact Match Domain (.com) with 41,000 exact searches globally. It is a very hot amazon product. I made a website on it 2 months back and put amazon links on it.

The domain now ranks on page 4 for the search term. I know it has a great potential to generate an enormous revenue stream once it is on Page 1 but I don't know much about SEO to get it ranked. So, I want to sell the domain.

Where do I sell such a domain? I only want to deal only with serious buyers who appreciate their's and my time.

You can list it on flippa but it would be worth thousands of dollars if you can take it to the first page of Google.

Why not post your asking price and see if you get any offers here.

The commission per sale for this product on amazon is $5-$6.5. A first page ranking would earn $500-$1500 easy from this site.

Well, idk if I can put an asking price on bhw without a sales thread. I think i need a sales thread if i want to sell anything on bhw.

Flippa is a good option i see.

If the domain has the company trademarked name within it, it ain't worth squat. Does it?

And if it's worth so much or it can earn so much, why don't you run it for a few months, get some sales, show your proof of sales, then list it on flippa? It will be worth a hell of a lot more if you do.

To op, i think it's not allowed to sell outside the BST, but anyway good luck.

try building high quality back links for your domain
you will get much more $$ if you sell it while its ranking
and once its ranking you won't even need to sell it
you can keep all the affiliate commissions

Like I mentioned in my original post guys, I don't know much about SEO to get it ranked on first page. I only created a site with 4-5 articles and put 2 youtube videos. It already ranks on page 4 for the search term with this much effort so I believe that some one with better understanding of SEO can rank it on page 1 much easier than me.

I know if I get to page 1 on my own, it will be worth a lot. I just am not the SEO expert to get it there i guess. Because of which, I want to sell it to a more serious marketer. Reading flippa TOS currently.

Why not learn SEO yourself? Other than that I would also recommend the DP forums for selling domains & sites.

Although the forums aren't the best they do bring good results when selling, provided everything's whitehat.

Do yourself a favor and keep the domain. Get a specialist or someone on BHW to help you out. Hell, you can even offer a % of the profits with whomever can rank it for you. Don't just get rid of it for a small sum. It's worth much more.

That is a good idea. But finding a good partner is vitally important. How would I know if the other person really knows SEO or not. Because as far as I know, getting any blackhat seo done could end up negatively affecting the rankings.

I have myself a 3 words EMD with 48K exact search globally and it is #1 for the 3 words and #4 for the main 2 word.
It brings me 40-50 uniques/day and about $1800/month revenue...working, selling my own product, not affiliate, meaning not making a few buck on each sale but more.
I tried to sell it for $3K but since you need to work about 15-20 minutes/day, no one was ever interested at that price. So get back to earth...

Don't dream too high? I am not 'dreaming' at all.

$1800/month with one EMD with 48k searches is very good. If I can make $1000/month with my 41k EMD, I would be a happy man. I wouldn't mind spending 2 or even 3 hours on it. I just have no idea how to rank it better. As it is already ranking on page 4 with NO SEO effort, I am sure that someone with a good SEO knowledge can get it ranked on page 1 easily in a month or two and sit back and earn the profits. Maybe finding the right SEO partner is the right move for me.

    Making $1000/month for 12 = $12k is much better than selling it for low-mid $xxxx right? :)

Dude, $3k for $1,800/month -- I'm interested, even if it takes a few minutes a day. I wouldn't be so quick to think that everyone is only interested in 100% passive income. The price of what ever you are selling is the people will pay for it.
