This guy is a genius, I got my keyword and its superb. Here are the stats of that keyword
Searches global: 14.800
CPC: $2,95
Comptt analysis will take some time now as YLE has been shut down so i'll have to check backlinks from various sources just to be sure, but by looking at the first few results iam more than 60% sure that this keyword is a winner. Thanks OP Highly recommended service.

I grabbed a review last night, and received my keyword within 8 hours or so I'd say. Impressive.

I got an exact match domain (.org) with 8,100 searches per month. Approximate CPC is $4. It's a little harder to rank for than what I'm usually used to, but it's definitely doable. It's a great service, especially for me since I can't find any decent keywords. I already picked up the domain.

Hey, two users already reported to me that with Google Chrome they can't see the pictures (There are pictures which are describing the packages! I'm using chrome myself and I can say that it's ok for me) Just try changing the browser.

A very good question, I would love to answer! Those keywords are a bit harder than the standard micro niches (1,000-3,000 exact searches). However, I'm always reviewing each keyword and there aren't any "impossible to rank"! You can always ask me in skype for some guidelines I would be happy to help you, I'm doing sites for myself as well!
You are paying for the keyword. You have to buy the domain afterwards.

All of the above was verified with godaddy, google KW tools, and MSamurai. Note: the CPC on MSamurai was ~$.42 but google KW tools results stated ~$3
