Embedded photo galleries in websites?

Hi.
You know how you can embed videos from youtube and other video sites, and have videos on your website without hosting them. Is there a way to do this with photo galleries? I'm thinking of creating websites with photos (maybe wallpapers/screensavers) as content. A lot of different categories, and each category will have it's own photo gallery/album. To make money I'm gonna use a CPA-gateway. Downloading and uploading photos manually is boring and takes a lot of time, and my broadband suck and is not very broad...

So basically, I want to know if there's a way to get a lot of photos on my website without doing much. Is there maybe a website to go to and just embed photos and easily make my own galleries?
