Embed You Tube Videos w/o errors on IE?

Hey folks,

I'm trying to get a video to appear when the web user
is using IE but as of right now they can see it on Firefox,
or anything else just not I.E.

I googled it and others are having the same problem just
have not found a solution as far as the embed code.

If someone would share this it would save me stress
- and hair! Ha!
