Embed Twitter URL

Does anybody have the method to embed any link/url inside normal twitter media? Happy to pay

Enter your tweet text and insert link/URL.
Tap the "Add media" icon and pick the media file you wish to include in your tweet.
hit the "Tweet" button to share your tweet.
People will be able to click on the media file to visit the link/URL.
Note that you can only embed links in images and videos. You cannot embed links in GIFs or live videos.
