Emails hitting spam

    Hey guys. Anyone have experience as to why my emails wont hit inbox?

    Im using aweber to build my list and when they subscribe im personally writing to them. But the emails im sending are hitting the the spam box?

    Is this due to the content of the email.

    Each email I sent were :

    "test #"

    Just to test them out.

    Should I include the customer name in the email to maybe avoid the spam filters?

    Also, some emails are hitting the inbox.

    But when I send emails from my gmail panel with the custom domain, it hits spam as well.

    No expert here but it could be a lot of problems. First of all, you should check the IP if it is not marked as spam. then, you should do some split testing, using different text templates (include customer name, don't include it etc.). Then, contact aweber

    From my experience, either it is the physical IP or the domain server where the email is originating from that is at the root of the issue. Aweber should be able to help you identify and correct.

    I think one of the problems can be in email template. Use well known brand's template to create yours. And follow all the rules: unsuscribe and manage newsletter buttons/links, content, texts, fonts, images etc.

    I hit for about 500 000/week and only 5% go to spam
