Email verification software

I am using GSA Search Engine Ranker on two of my projects. It is great, but I am getting emails that need to be verified. Is there a program out there that will just get into my emails and click the links for me. I could run it once a day or something so the verification links don't expire. Maybe GSA has this in the system and I just don't know how to use it.
