Email tool recommendations

    I am having a general sort out of everything at the moment and want to improve my email marketing strategy and how I manage my contact lists. I don't send many promotional emails and newsletters but I do send some and want to start sending a few more. At the moment on my site I just have a basic html contact form for quotation and newsletter requests which I get emailed and then I put them into my database. What I really want is a piece of software that will create forms, manage my contact list and allow me to send bulk email broadcasts and has an unsubscribe option. Something like aweber but less pricey. $20 a month is quite a lot when I don't send many emails. I looked at mail chimp but what I didn't like having the logo at the bottom of the sign up forms. Any recommendations?

    It depends on on how many emails you want to send, but Mailchimp have a Pay-as-you-Go option for $0.03 per email, which means you can drop the logo etc.

    That's interesting. That allows you to drop the logo on the signup forms yes? Presumably I can change the package at a later date if I start sending more too?
