Suppose this scenario: Let's say you send a large amount of spam and your IP becomes blacklisted so much that if you try to send an email to a gmail email address or any other email address, it lands directly in the spam folder.
So, considering the above mentioned, if somebody from gmail or any other email address SENDS YOU AN EMAIL FIRST, will my reply to his email land in his spam folder or in his inbox???

If Gmail is blocking your ip your emails are probably not going in peoples spam folder, they are being blocked before they get that far. I seriously doubt it matters if your email is a reply or not you are still going to get blocked. Easy to test though, create a gmail account and test it for yourself and you will know for sure.
