    How is it done?
I see sites that pop up an email submit if you try to leave the site!
Imo this should increase the conversation a lot but how is it done?

These are called exit pops. I have never used them on any of my sites, but a lot of people swear by them. Especially in the making money/business opportunity niche. Honestly the reason I never added them to any of my sites is because not only do they annoy the shit out of me, but I think they take away the user experience of the site. Also, and I don't know if this is correct, but Google probably hates them.

thanks for the feedback will take a look into it
i would use it for sites that are offering a freebie for email marketing
i think as long as you offer something for free to the user the won't be pissed but it obv depends if your site is visited mutiple times by the same users or if it's a site that will be only visited once and never again

i guess google could hate them but even if so... i think it would still be great for paid traffic!
