I have somewhere in the region of 100k emails, which I've collected over the past few months (before that I was stupid enough to delete them). These are from ewhoring, basically, and have converted perfectly well for that purpose.
But I've tried a couple of times to follow up with additional offers, and have failed misserably.
So, if anyone who's experienced in this could help choose a suitable offer and write the ad copy, in exchange for rotating our links 50/50, then please get in touch.
