    Hello,
I have about 20000 emails on a specific niche. I want to blast them with a campaign. I tried some emailing software but during testing each time the emails go to junk/span folder.

    Any ideas are appreciated.
    Thank you,

Thanks for your quick reply. This is about the words that shouldn't be mentioned in the email campaign ( a good tip). but during testing i didn't write any suspicious word or phrase. i write only "test" or something that has nothing to do with marketing. However, the emails always go to junk folder.

If your emailing software requires you to use your own Ip's, you could have blacklisted Ip's. Have you checked into that?

I tried SendBlaster, Atomic Mail Sender, and Interspire Email Marketer, in the software i was asked to provide only an email address and a password. Didn't see IP's question.

There are a few things that people who want to send email blasts has to know.

First, the email has to be clean from certain phrases/words. Google it.
Then you have to take into consideration that 90% of the email companies that send those kind of blasts are already blacklisted, due to the huge number of people spamming.

You have to use a "clean" company for this. And I'm talking about the major ones: aweber, mailchimp, etc. Otherwise you are wasting your time.

I never had any good results with atomic. Some may have, but I didn't. Personally, I prefer Mailchimp. Aweber is probably the best, but also the strictest rules when it comes to lists. Try Mailchimp and see how they work. That is my suggestion.

What have you configured for yourself to send at these email addresses, have you implemented all necessary measures according to the standards of industry, necessary to ensure good email sending reputation and to make major ISPs Gmail,Hotmial,Yahoo,AOL to conclude you as a legitimate email sender. And may be your IPs are not well warmed. You need to do it as well. There can be several factors. Configure your infrastructure properly.

    Thanks

See Interspire Email Marketer is list management solution and not an email relaying application and also not an IP examination tool, IPs can be on blacklist but you can request to de list your IPs if that is the case. Check from MX tool box.

Check on http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ if your domain or IP is blacklisted - Here you can also remove the listing.

If you're sending from Interspire, use an SMTP service to rely on their IP reputation and not on yours:
    - SMTP.com (they don't care too much if you have a low quality list.I'm sending campaigns with about 35% bounce rates)
    - Socketlabs.com - They check you out very carefully but might be an option if you have a clean list
