Email Lists?

Hi everyone. This problem has been playing on my mind and I can't seem to find a solution. You guys are smarter than me so you'll probably already know a solution.

Basically I do low volume cold emailing for my business to people who look suitable. Like 10-15 emails a day max so far. Scraping the emails is hard though. I use pinterest most often and sometimes I have to dig for 30+ minutes just to find 10-15 emails. I know Apollo and similar softwares exist but they're paid + lists are often abused.

What is the easiest, free way to scrape emails nowadays? I need certain criteria, like age and location, not just totally random emails.

What's your target audience, is it B2B or B2C?
