Paying $100 each for shoutouts on instagram, getting 1,000 email signup per shoutout.

    Is this good or not?

Why don't you test it out instead of asking us?

^^ Agree. ROI should not be calculated by the number of emails you get but by the conversions you get from those email addresses. You could get 10,000 emails from 1 shoutout but if you get no sales your ROI sucks. On the other hand, you could get 100 emails but 50 convert to actual sales. I know that's unrealistic but just making a point.

I agree, test it. No use in getting 10k sign ups but no sales.
