Email Forms Question

Hello, I got another question for you.
I have started a blog network and have 10 written ebooks to give away to the visitors, but how do I collect their emails and give them an ebook? I think I need a good email subscription form and autoresponder, any tips on how to set that up?
and the number 2 question :
what is the best way to monetize the mailing list I will preferably create?

Just setup a gmail account and turn on the autoresponder. As far as a submit method just look for an email submit widget for whatever blog system you are using. If its not wordpress or something like that just hunt down a PHP script.

well it's WP. But can I collect those emails in a mailing list?

Yah just get a WP widget. Im sure there a ton that allow you to collect info. There is also a plugin to allow PP on WP as well so worse case yo could get a PHp script connected to your MYSQL dbase that you set up for it.
