Your best bet would be to run a facebook ad campaign and generate leads from there. You can narrow down to almost everything in FB.

Under Facebook ads campaign creation, in Detailed Targeting you can choose interests and you can also choose Demographic Targeting to target a particular age group.

Did you tried in bhw marketplaces? i see sellers selling databases.

I feel this is very niche. You may be better at collecting your leads yourself. I think someone here suggested Facebook demographic targeting.

It's easy to collect leads for a broad demographics, but becomes difficult as you narrow down your search. As already mentioned in the thread, facebook ads have good targeting options. You can offer freebies or run a contest to quickly get leads.

Its very hard for find exactly this specific niche, me personaly i buy a few milion and i send to all

But there are some solutions: Scrape Instagram cat brands followers...

Try to look for a freelancer in upwork. Post a job opening there because your target is too specific and it's difficult to find a lead list like this one

There are a lot of datasellers out there however you need to check their prices as some charges an insane price
