Email checking program needed....

I need something that can check a cpanel email for new emails every say 10-20mins and alert me if their are NO NEW emails. So basicly it needs to check for unread emails, then mark the unreads as read and alert me if it doesn't find any unread emails the next time it checks. This is for when my CL poster stops running I know and can restart it. I run ads 24/7 but obviously I gotta sleep sometime, hence the need for an alert aka something that will wake me up. Also if it could txt my phone that would be a huge plus.
