Email and Zip Submit Question

I have a question - in regards to Email and Zip Submits such as with Affiliateer - do all the people have to do is just fill in their email and information or do they actually have to complete the "Silver", "Gold", and "Platinum" offers in order for me to get credit for a lead? I know its a Newbie question but if someone could explain EXACTLY how it works I would really appreciate it a lot.

usually you are paid when the user inputs there email addy, but the networks expect people to convert and actually fill in the offers! this is how they make there money.

if you have loads of leads that convert on email and no offers filled the chances are the network will ask you to stop running the offer.

what about the second page after the email submit that ask for shipping information for that free item

Would cpa netetwors/advertisors get suspicious if that second page doe not convert???

from my experience, u get paid after they submit their email only.

to clear things up, this is a vague question, and each network is different with its own set of guidelines

some are
short 1 field email submits,
short 1 field email submits, with e-mail confirm
short 1 field email submit that pays via 2nd page all the way to 5 pages,
some allow incentive traffic some don't ,

basicly i'm just letting you know its not a static guideline it depends on the network/merchant
