Elementor issue after migration

Happens almost every time I've noticed that with all my sites, after migrating, Elementor pages will not load and give 4xx or 5xxx site errors, until I disable that plugin.

Do you have experience with tackling this particular problem? The help page says to do tools>regenerate, but Elementor access is broken too, and I don't understand "Background images are saved in a CSS file which has an absolute URL.", is that related to HTTPS somehow?

I'll try switching back to the old nameservers and wp native tools>export, if it works but would like to know if you have info on this.
