Ed Dale's Thirty Day Challenge - Anything like that around now?

A few years ago I did Ed Dale's free Thirty Day Challenge, which was a fantastic introduction to the basics of internet marketing. I'm not a full-time IMer, but I use it as part of my work and lately I feel like my skills and knowledge need updating. Is there something new around that does something similar to Ed's challenge available now?
