eCPM of $10 for an Android App with StartApp?

one of my friend released an an android app 3 days ago...but yday he showed me that he was getting a ecpm of $10..is it something normal with startapp?or is this pure luck?

Pure luck , I have 3 Apps which have startapp , airpush , both these network provide $1-$2 ecmp constant , I was getting $5 /Day from all the apps , but this Monday I got $23 For a single day , I saw the Ecpm for one of the app was $8 , with 2000 impressions , and it paid me $15(approx).

So it is pure luck that which ad is shown in your app by startapp.

And i prefer using Startapp and Airpush for monetization because admob SUcKs , They have taken my $2000 by saying my account does not comply with there policies , and never told me the policies. I work hard on my apps and games , i create there designs and everything. So anyone using Admob be aware , they can terminate your account any day.
